Q: Can I visit the same attraction more than once?
A: No. The Pass is only valid for one entry per site per Pass holder.

A: When you buy your Hudson’s Explorer Pass you will also receive a guidebook which you can take with you on your trip.

Q: How much does the Hudson’s Explorer Pass cost?
A: If you are buying for adults, choose between the 3-Day Pass at £49.00, the 7-Day Pass at £79.00, the 14-Day Pass at £109.00 and the 28-Day Pass at £179.00.
If you are buying for a children (aged 5-15 years inclusive) choose from the 3-Day Pass at £29.00, the 7-Day Pass at £47.00, the 14-Day Pass at £65.00 and the 28-Day Pass at £107.00.
Q: Can I buy a child’s Hudson’s Explorer Pass for my children?
A: Yes, the child pass is available for children between the ages of 5-15 years choose from the 3-Day Pass at £29.00,
the 7-Day Pass at £47.00, the 14-Day Pass at £65.00 and the 28-Day Pass at £107.00.
Q: How long is the Hudson’s Explorer Pass valid for?
A: Choose the duration that suits you from a selection of 3-Days, 4-Days, 14-Days and 28-Days.
Q: When can I start using my Hudson’s Explorer Pass?
A: Right away! Your Pass will be validated by the first attraction that you visit – so you simply need to add your name and signature on the reverse of the Pass, turn up at the entrance gate and the rest will be done for you!
Q: Is the Hudson’s Explorer Pass available to everyone?
A: There are no restrictions on who can purchase the Pass; it is open to both residents of the UK and overseas visitors. There are both adult and child passes.
Q: Is it safe to buy the Hudson’s Explorer Pass online?
A: Yes – we use secure encryption functionality to ensure your personal details such as credit card number are kept safe and unobtainable by others when buying online.
Q: If I buy online, how will I get my Hudson’s Explorer Pass?
A: Anyone purchasing a Pass from the Hudson’s website will be sent an e-voucher which they can use to redeem their pass from one of the redemption centres listed on this website.
Q: What happens if my Pass is lost or stolen?
A: Regrettably, if a Pass is lost or stolen or a purchaser is unable to use it for any other reasons, Hudson’s Heritage Group is unable to supply a replacement Pass or offer a refund.
